I felt like going for a ride, so I did...to the Honda dealer to take a look at the 09 600RR and i saw this...

It looks amazing in person, and I like the pearl white/flat black contrast.

Now I just need the money

 

Yeah, you got to be careful when you go to dealer. The one by my house has the Phoenix, and a Repsol. I look at them from a distance, but dare not sit on them, lest I have my heart broken

 

I went to a small dealer. They had maybe 10 bikes on the floor and I was the only customer, and the sales guy was really cool.
I'm used to my 95 F3 and this RR looks so aggressive, but it's really comfortable! It's only about 1" too tall for me.

 

Oh, I'm sure he was (j/k). Small dealerships/shops are the best, imo. No pressure or harassment; more intimate, you know? That’s how the one I go to is, family run, maybe 6-8 employees.
When you say 1" too high, do you mean 1" from being able to flat foot it?

It is my impression that the Phoenix is the coolest CBR out there. That thing is just awesome. Did someone say that it is a limited edition? Only going to be able to get these for awhile man. I say, buy away jinxy, buy away...

 

Incognito, I had my Sidi boots on when I sat on it and yes, just 1" lower and I'd be comfortable flat-footing it in my boots.

 

i too am in love... saw the new 2009 1krr repsol at the dealer today, its the first time i have seen any of the new 1krr in person and everyone is right, you HAVE to see it in person pictures of it dont do any justice. I thought it was fugly until i saw it today. To bad it will be a few years until i can afford something like that

 

yeah i just saw the phoenix in person too and even though i thought it was cool from pictures in person it is flippin gorgeous. My only compliant is that the decals are on top the clear coat but its still amazing. I'd have to say the all white 1000 is pretty stinkin sweet too. and completely off the topic but i saw a KTM Super Duke in real life and it's so sweet, i'm normally not in to those type of bikes but that one changed my mind
