Finally out of the brace and the doctor says my spine is good to go. I'm gonna get a steak, a haircut and a ****in beer!

hella ya bro !! just be careful just beacuse your out of the brace doesn't mean your 100 %

 

I feel like a damn bobblehead! I lost 15lbs over the two months in the brace and my neck lost a TON of muscle. It's gonna be super weird when I add more weight with the helmet but yeah, I'm definetly gonna go for a ride tonight and of course take it easy over the next few months to make sure I get back to 100%
