Congrats on the house. I have my own house and I's so nice. Kinda hate to give it up when the GF and kids move up here,but 5 people is not going to work in my house.

I'm 23 and have been rentings since I was 18 - pretty ready to buy / HATE paying rent, but I still have a billion $ in college loans, and grad school right around the corner.

maybe I can buy a house when i'm 30 :-)

congrats buss....as i am going on my third property purchase (set to close in 1.5 weeks)....i can honestly say it's a fun experience...you'll have to deal with some unique things, but things you want to deal with....

once again, owning a home is an incredible thing....best of luck...

Congrats Bro! ...well done! .. My sister is moving in on her first house at the end of May, she's 24 and just graduated 6 months ago. So Ive seen this type of excitement.
