If I only had a brain...
...or um...2 front legs.
Dog with no front legs were given the ability to walk by attaching model airplane wheels for prosthetic limbs.

Your cat weighs thirty pounds?! That is a lot of fur...
The smaller the dog, the bigger they think they are. Nobody spends time training small pooches, so they get a bad rap for being yippitty and tense. I dearly loved my Cha-hooah-hooah (get it...Chihuahua) as much as my current dog...who weighs over thirty times more.
Find the right puppy and you'll never go back to Fancy Feast lol
