where is the bike now? were the plates not current or something? you should see if you could get the bike out of impound some how (I have no idea how you could convice the cops to let you have it but its worth a try) and sell it or make it a stunter.
and how did pushing it over cause 3000 grand worth of damage? something like that couldnt damage the subframe could it? all i can think of is paint and little doodads like signals and mirrors

well im trying to get ahold of as many mods as i can, apperntly my freinds father and her are not on speakin terms (first ive heard of it) but im trying to get it squared away, the barf forum is so ****ed up i cannot even post a thread for somereason my profile hasnt been granted access to do so.... but im still trying

cool..thanks for the help Hatebreed...i actually got a hold of someone over there who said they might be able to help..so its cool....
In response to G'ville....as far as i know the bike is still in impound....it had a plate on it when the pigs took it so i dont really understand why they havent got the guy yet...i tried to get them to leave it with me that day too, but they said i could take some parts off it if i want but i cant keep the bike, unfortunately everything i could've used the guy F'd up anyway so it was worthless.....i think it would be a bit expensive to repair too...everything up front and on the left would have to be replaced....forks wheels lights plastics everything, and thats not even checkin the frame or anything.....but yea, i dont think even my cute *** face would get them to release it to me
Also he pretty much ran my bike over, didnt just tip it...the front clip was broke, all the plastics on the right side, signals, mirrors, brake lever, bar ends, foot pegs, brake pedal, all the fairing stays an all that..all said an done the total was about 2800 including labor and all that....and almost a month of me not riding or having a vehicle....
Oh and so you guys know...it was Lincoln General Insurance....DO NOT GET INSURANCE FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!some scrub company..the guy at the shop said the same crap happened with his girl and this company...oh well.. i learned the hard way....thanks for the help and advice from everyone...its much appreciated
