Whats up all....just wanted to take a shot in the dark and see if i might get lucky on here.....i am looking for a guy, all i know is his name is Steve..he is from Marin county which is San Fran somewhere up in that area i think...he is military, he also recently suffered a severly rashed up backside and a broken collarbone from a motorcycle accident he had in San Diego....i am lookin for him cause he hit my bike in the process and took off(some of you may have read when i posted it up a few months ago)......the info above was all i could get from the cops, and apparently they are not bright enough to find him, or they just dont care..but if anyone happens to have heard of someone throwing a girl off the back of a bike, then picking it up and leaving her on the side of the road..thats the guy i am lookin for..all i want is his insurance info, or an address where i can send the police to get him...he caused 3000 dollars worth of damage to my bike when he ditched his and took off, luckily insurance covered most, but i still had to come up with a grand of my own for the deducible since this jerk took off....so yea, maybe, just maybe someone has heard this crazy story besides from me.....thanks for reading and please let me know if you have heard anything that might help

 

If he left, he has no insurance and/or no desire to tell anyone anything. I hope you catch him, but don't get your hopes up.

 

yea...i am pretty much set on not getting him by now.....but maybe someone in that area is on these boards....its funny how stories like these travel around our community so maybe someone heard it...damm..cant keep nothin nice around here....

on the plus side though, and i have to say mad props and many thanks to the guys at Lees Cycle in SD for helpin me fight with my insurance company and hookin it up.....i did get new hotbodies flushmounts in the front, comp werks fender eliminator, new comp werks rearsets, pegs, and brake lever, all new front clip, and right side plastics....and because the guy at the bike shop was real busy and forgot that i brought a take off in to replace the front, i got a brand new qualifier for 50 bucks..he was cool and gave me like 60 bucks credit for my takeoff...the bike is soo much better now, but i still would like to have my 1000 bucks back,

i see a lot of this crap going on in socal. if i ever get involved in this type of a thing, i'd make sure the rider does not take off....or the driver...happens much too often!

 

Any description on the kind of bike?, gixxer, cbr, anything?, probably a near store or building has a security vid. that could help out.

sweet Hatebreed thanks..i'll check em out....and in response to Kikepiz, funny thing was, it was the same exact bike as mine....an 05 or 06 600RR black ...it was stock except for the fender eliminator...I'll link the pics i took before the pigs towed his bike away below, he ditched the bike in a parking lot and i found it, looking back on it now, i should've just waited a bit til he came back lookin for it instead of callin the cops, proably coulda caught him my damm self.....and yea, who knows if it was even his girl, but either way its pretty douchebag to leave her...damm, makes me mad thinking about it again..oh well. life goes on and i am a firm believer that Karma is a mo-fugger, so i am sure he'll get his.....thanks again for the help
