I shot it directly into the sun and compensated with the EV function ...

I like how it turned out ..especially when you think how phone cameras used to be ... fuzzy little postage stamp size images ..lol

That thing does takes decent pics, sheesh. I wish i was at the beach

 

Some of us use things called CAMERAS...They are cool..when you dont drop them

 

Screw a camera.. or a phone. I want that beach. Dayum

 

Anybody ever go surf fishing there? Next time take some pics of what they catch.

Is that a surfer in the backround right? Our local guy, same town as me, just won his 9th world surfing title, all hail Kelly Slater.

 

If I had taken that with my camera it would have been awesome ... at least the phone takes a decent shot, I always make sure its set to 3.2MP full file size and the jpg (fine) mode ... I hate it if you get a decent shot and wished you had taken it in a higher resolution so I always have everything on max, that way you can come down if needed and memory is so cheap theres no excuse :-)


That was Broadhaven beach, Pembrokshire ... I often stroll along this one, although Barafundle bay is nicer here and Manorbier bay for the better surfing :-)


I do see a lot of people, on my walks here, fishing and surfing, I use to surf here myself in my 20"s :-) ... yes, there is a surfer just visible, there were a couple out that day ... the surf wasnt the best though but good for playing in :-)

Yeah jules..ill give you that..that phone probably takes better pictures then my camera. untill i get my new one

 

secret beaches!!!! Nah Born and Raised in California took that pic about a month ago. Reno is the place everyone runs to when that cant afford CA anymore.
