Being that I live above 5000 feet, snows coming fast... like any day now. Well I wanted to get high one last time and since Breckenridge (11,000 feet) is a little too far and dosent quite have the twist Estes Park does, I went here. So I got 7,500 feet high lol. Anyone else?

You can see the snow on the mountains in the background. Theseare the famous Rockies, also town to the very haunted Stanley Hotel (for those that follow that stuff). Tell you what, coming around a blind 30 MPH corner at 65 and seeing two deer in the road certainly gets the adrenaline going lol.

Born and raised in CO. Went up and visited Estes Park all the time. Of course that was when I didn't have my bike, so I don't know much bout the twisties. It was good snowboarding up there though.
Now its northern SD for me till I move back. That equals flat land and straight roads![Frown](https://cbrforum.com/forum/images/smilies/frown.gif)
