Buddy of mine recommended it to me, then I heard it's a zombie-ish movie..........which I'm really not a big fan of.

 

I went and saw it last weekend, it really was a pretty decent flick. Worth the money in my book!

Yes, it is a zombie movie; manmade zombies! Zombie/vampire movie so to speak. I didn't really think it great. It was ok for the jumps and few action sequences, but to me it did not develop a plot until the last 5 minutes of the movie. I just went because my brother was going to go by himself if I didn't go, plus, he paid.

Voodoo, yes it is a remake. Sounded pretty close to the plot and Will Smith's character is also Robert Neville.

 

I'll say it was alright. It's a pretty sweet movie to see in the theater just for the big screen/loud *** noises effect. Other than that I'd probably give it a rent. It's not spectacular but its not bad either. I don't think I'll be watching it more than once.

 

I liked it. It had my Dad and I jumpin! Its by no means a "zombie" movie, or retarded thing like that they just are a part of the story, is all

Id give it an A. plus it had that no music playing effect going on, like the original Alien...so that really got me into it.

 

Nope... Zombies are living dead that feast on the flesh of the living. A mutated human allergic to sunlight eating anything it can get is not a Zombie. LOL

 

It was a decent movie, but I would just wait for it to come out on DvD and rent it.

 

I understand the specific differences in which classifies something as a zombie, but this none-the-less WAS in fact a zombie movie. It may not have had 'zombies', but they were damn close. Not to mention it followed the exact script of every other zombie movie I have seen. Mutated freaks trying to consume the living and with an ability to follow them to their hiding location, yep, just like every other zombie movie out there.
