how much is too much?
Compromise. Go out to dinner more often. But coincidently it's a restaurant you just discovered while out riding and she should hop in the car and meet you there
Give up a day and spend it with her. If it happens to be a day when the riding will be chitty (bad weather) oh my... What a coincidence.
To put it bluntly tho:
While it's probably possible to physically have sex with your bike, I'm positive the results would not only be perverted... But extremely painful (every hole on the bike tends to get kinda hot)

HAHAHA this thread is hilarious. I just got my 600 and put 350 miles on it in the first week. I work from 7AM - 4PM, get home on the bike and change to my car, pick the kids up, help them with homework, cook / eat dinner, get them in the shower, put them in bed, hang out with the wife exclusively for a couple of hours, then go riding. Every day.
Life and relationships are about balance. If you know you're going to be riding a lot in the future, stock up on personal time with your wife/GF so you can go freely when you really want to. Remember, just being at home and staring at your computer screen while your significant other is watching TV isn't considered "quality time". 12 years of marriage has taught me a lot.

There's a too much?
Someone earlier mentioned getting her on the back. Does she not like to ride? Are there kids to take care of? I only ever cared when my boyfriend went riding without me. I always wanted to be on the bike more than he did, so now that I finally have my own I'm sure there will be times that I wanna ride and he doesn't.
It's different for everyone, but I'm sure you'll eventually find out a way to make you both happy.

or give me the excuse to give her mine and go and buy a brand new one lol

My wife used to ride the bike from the back seat... she would tip her head and look through the curves as we rode. I used to tell her how good a rider she would be on her own bike.
She decided to take the course and learn to ride a bike. I was an instructor at the time, but I refused to teach her myself. She learned from my fellow instructors and aced the course. She was enjoying riding as much as I hoped she would.
Her first bike was a Honda CBX250. What a little jewel that was. She outgrew it and took over riding my old 600 Hurricane, moved on to a YZF600R, and currently her GSXR750.
Getting her involved in motorcycling was the best idea I ever had. She's been riding for more than 15 years now.

If you don't give in to the wife then you won't have a wife to give in to.
If you're spending all of your free time on the bike then get home long enough to try to get a little before you fall asleep all the time, then yeah it's a little much. Life is about balance. Also, if you have an RR then you're better off NOT to try to get her on the back as they suck as a rider.

my opinion ride back and forth to work then go home and give her her own riding gear ,eat dinner with the wife but her on the back and ride more. 2 things will happen she will love it and you will ride all the time or she wont and you will ride by yourself, maybe she will like it enough to get her own bike and you 2 can ride together.
Kuro we've been over this 100000 times, so the sex mod for f3's should be a stickie by now if Dirt stops being lazy...
