Default How does this look?

I added this to help with mindless cager visibility. It's a self adhesive vinyl piece that I made a template for. The pics don't do it justice though, it's day-glo orange and it's bright as hell in the sun.
In the last week I've had two idiots in cages look right at me, or through me for that matter, and pulled out like I wasn't even there. The one was real close, almost went over the hood of a 745 BMW. Guy looked right freakin at me, then pulled out, then hit the brakes at the last minute.
I'm thinking the silver bike is kind of a neutral color, so adding the day glo orange piece should get attention better and hopefully it registers with tards that something's headed towards them. I even run high beams during the day and that isn't enough.

Im not digging this.
It's for visibility though, not trying to stand out at bike night

I'm going to have to pass as well. You have to remember you become the invisible man once you put a leg over a bike. You have to be the one looking out for trouble not hoping that they see you. My best advice is to pay attention and look at ever car and truck as if they are going to kill you.

No love for the orange?
I'll try it out for a while. Personally, I'm not loving it nor hating it, but for safety, it may be good. If it helps some cager realize I'm there before turning out, then it did the job.
Maybe I'll investigate some other possibilities...like a big F'in air horn from a locomotive!

Or, how about across the helmet? Then it wouldn't de-prettyfy the bike any? Opinions?

I don't think it would help that much. If they can't see your high beams then they are not going to see that orange sticker. I think it is too small.

I can't think of anything that you put on the front of your bike that would make you more visible.

A brightly colored helmet and jacket is what I think is the best.
