... stop the emails coming from CBRForum.com when messages are posted. It is so annoying to have 25+ messages everytime I open my email.

 

Go to your profile where you have the options to set up your preferences. Should say something like "motify me when a message is posted" "allow members to e-mail me" so on so on, just click off the posting notification.

 

You have to uncheck the box that says 'Always subscribe to threads when i post" in your profile.

 

Let's see if it worked. Someone write in here again...
