Actually, I tried to watch Sons for the first 20 minutes a couple of weeks ago and I just thought it sucked out loud. Nothing happened. I liked the adds and wanted to like it. Just couldn't. All show and no go.
Have DVR so I don't have to skip one.

SoA I'd say, house is good but it kinda strikes me as just another crazy and wacky, yet touching doctor series. The tubes flooded with those it seems, soa at least has a semi-original setting and story arc. Semi original due to the fact is largely just sopranos on two wheels but it's still good. Either way both are decent shows. get a DVR.
He did get punched and shot. But he's like you Pete, tough exterior but a real softy inside. Your secret is out. 
And since SOA is being compared to the Sopranos, that may explain my reaction. I felt the same way about that show. Long way to go for a little drink of water. Plus, didn't care if any of them lived or died. On the other hand, I watch that loveable serial killer Dexter. But see, I'm now just spouting off after a 20 minute view of SOA. Has it imroved since the first 20 minutes? I might be willing to give it another shot.

I was a HUGE house fan, loved the show, but I just can't watch it at all anymore.. I'ts the exact same thing every single week. House is an ******* 'which I Love because so am I!" and he helps people live, and blah blah blah.. thats the entire show. Some plot but there's almost NO story line in between episodes making you really "cant wait" until next week.
I like son's so far it's cool
I'll tell you a good series to check out is Dexter, or the Tudors. they bother are amazing

Well tonight is SOA 10est. whos going to be watching it? I like the show but i grew up around a group similar and some of what they do is just flat out not do able well they do have the cop in their pocket but i dont know about you guys but its hard enough not to get pulled over riding 3-4 deep just for the cop to more or less check us out. to make sure we arent going to or doing something wrong..... but over all good show.
