Yer Cops aren't yer friends when you just wasted someone in that situation, still "what you say can and will be used against you ..." Never for you always against you. Hope he keeps his yapper shut, told a story by my cc instructor about a woman who was abused by her husband for years, restraining orders etc. and she shot him and stupidly said she shot to kill him, ie not to stop his aggressive action, she is still sitting in jail.

Damn right, someone invades your home you have the right to protect your family. I hate all these stories about someone breaking in and getting hurt then sueing the family who owns the home that he was trying to rob! the legal system is so f*c*ed up it isn't even funny. I've been told by a family friend who is a sheriff that if you shoot, shoot to kill cause if you just wound them chances are they can charge you! If you kill them then there is only one side to the story. If they die outside, drag the body into the house! but now a days they can analyze everything so they would know that he really died outside.
Just try it at my place, if the dogs don't get you they will at least wake me up and give me enough time to load my shotgun then your luck has run out son!
