haha sucks for you! j/k ffingers. i had probably one of THE ****TIEST days at work that i've had in a long while yesterday. worked from 6am-6:30pm in a tiny *** attic balancing like a cat on a fence on trusses and took in enough fiberglass in my lungs to cough up a flower vase, on top of that i had to work w/ person 1) who made me do all the work....like, almost literally made me do ALL the work, and person 2) who was 'too big' to fit into the attic access yet would stand on the ladder w/ damn near whole body inside the attic but never ONCE climbed in.
hopefully your day wasnt too much longer. and i'd assume by now you're outta there, .

RE: holy crap this sucks...anyone else STILL AT WORK!!
well i went home last night after 17.5 hours of work...slept fours hours and now i am back....i don't work like this often but when i do it sucks....
for what i do, i have some hard and fast due dates for clients that we can't miss...unfortunately, sometimes we get 20+ files in due back to the client over a week period....meaning split among my co-workers, we have at least one file due a day....
without getting into the nitty gritty of it...i am editing huge applications for filing at the patent office....the files can range from 20 pages to 50+ and i have to read them and edit them....it's like reading a technical specification for a product and editing that...it's dry and VERY time consuming...last night i started seeing double i think...haha....
either way i finished my one file last night, started the second and should finish the second in a few hours meaning i met my deadlines....and thus my firm will be happy....and i can sleep....which is good.....oh....and drink!
