Default Helpy Helpertin

First day with the new bike, and I was following an early '00's Mustang GT on my way to work this morning at 5:45. We both started off from a light, then after we got up to speed, I smelled rubber, and the car pulled over. LOL-it's amazing how obvious a flat is when you're following someone while riding. I decided to stop right after I passed the car, so i turned around at the next intersection, and headed back. The driver was a friendly middle-aged lady, who was already on the phone with her husband. She got out of the car to see which tire was blown when I walked up, and we found that it was the front right. I asked if she needed help, but she thanked me, and let me go, saying she lived close, and her husband was on his way. At the risk of sounding like a fu%king boy scout, I always feel like it's important to help people out on the road whenever possible. It's all about carma. It's especially nice to leave people with a good impression of sportbike riders.

Oh did I mention that I'm stoked as **** to back in the saddle? Even at 36 degrees this morning, my 15 min ride to work was great. Still have a huge retarded smile on my face.

Love it. Wife asked last night if it was uncomfortable riding home with a huge boner . Response: "Not at all. I think it drilled a hole in the tank cover, which helped keep me secure, like a seatbelt"-lol!
