Help! I am breaking away from my "cover band" members/brothers of about ten years. I am tired of playing "Sweet Home Alabama", "Hard to Handle", "Keep Your Hands to Yourself", and other bar band burnout tunes. We will be doing some Marley, Sublime, Pink Floyd, Violent Femmes, Dead, some originals, some funk,oh and someblues. A little jam bandish, a little eclectic, very cool and fun. Anyway, I want a name to implyhow fun and eclectic we are going to be. I figure I'd see if you guys can help come up with something cool. I wanted to call us "Dirty Sanchez" because that is soooooo funny, but it may be inappropriate. Anyway, suggestions???

dude i know what you mean. i played in a band for about 5 years. I can only play 'Gimee 3 steps' so many times before blood stars rushing out of my ears... but you had to know those songs when you played at the 'less than blue-collar' bars.

We played everything! From Blues to Jazz to Metalica to Better Than Ezra. There was 7 of us. I had to quit after a wile because of school, but they're still together. I want to start playing again.

Anyway, our band was called "high strung' (so don't steal that one)...
