Default Help me find a laptop

I'm looking for an ultra portable laptop. I want a dual layer dvd burner and that's my main requirement. I really like how the sony laptops look but it doesn't have to be sony. I don't care if it's old because I only want to spend $400-$600. I just want something very small and very light. Anyone have any recommendations?

Mike

Circuit has a cool one with touch sensitive controls. Probably not super hyper cool but I like the looks.

Dont let the toilet get you down. I like to take my time too.

I guess you could always get a dell. [:'(] Their XPS's are the only ones worth something but cost way too much.

Oh dear goodness.... Ok I draw the line at 8000lbs..... Does that thing come with a wheelbarrow? jhaha

I don't want anything over 5lbs. Also, something without small parts that can come off and that I can drop in the toilet. LOL But seriously though, I was thinking 11-15" screen and very very light.

i love my HP laptops. i have a special edition dv6700t right now, its fast, and pretty
Im getting an HP mini-note at the end of the month:

What you should do is look for coupon codes online. my computer should have cost me $1400, but i got it for around $900 with just a coupon code at checkout.
