It's easy really, grab a handful of throttle, let it rev REALLY high then dump the clutch (in first) and hang on. When it gets up pretty high just ease off the throttle till it balances.

You do have the 2 new helmets safely strapped to the tail, right? Wouldn't want to stratch that tail!

Also try a different brand of flip flops....

Swing a dead cat by the tail clockwise seven timesin a cemetary at midnight and you'll be able to wheelie your Hi-busa in all seven gears!

Your first problem is your trying to use the clutch, just accelerate really fast in first gear, let off a bit, then slam the gas wide open and hold it there till you see the sky. Clutching only works on older bikes that have duct tape and zipties holding them together, and how much can those guys know riding pos bikes like that. Second, make sure you are in rush hour traffic, as congested an area as possible. All the cars driving around heat up the pavement and your back tire will stick better.
