Yes. First upload them to www.imageshack.us, then you can click the little mountain image and type in the URL that your picture is at.
Or, at the bottom of the post is a box that says "Click here to upload!" and you just upload your picture there and it shows up in your post.
I think it's explained better somewhere else in one of the stickies.
