I just ride at night instead, or earlier in the day before it starts to get hot.

It was like 107 here in TN at like 3pm.. The humidity IS in fact the worst part.. You go outside and before you can blink, you're already all sticky

Dang and I thought my 7:30 pm ride through Ojai was bad at 92*. Sure is nice to head to the coast and loose 10-20*.
The mesh jacket sure helps too!

I've got a new 1-piece leather suit (btw, there is a ridiculous sale on 1-piece teknic suits atm) and it's all I'm wearing lately in the hot, hot sun of the south. Not really that big of a deal.... just stay hydrated.

On my way to Ft. Benning Ga we stopped in TN and this was the first time I ever left ND. When I went outside for a smoke I couldn't believe how quickly the air was ripped out of my lungs from the heat and humidity. Then I got to GA

Meh... it's only advertised there, not from there.

And it's funny you mention it, cuz I had a funky short in my harness a while back that I had to re-wire custom and may be interested in throwing a new harness in there.... just not too sure I want to undertake a project of swapping a wiring harness.

You mean Camelbak? I ride with one whenever I do a long distance bicycle ride in hot weather. I stuff that thing full of ice cubes and top it off with water. An hour later I can still hear ice sloshing around, even if the temp is 95F degrees. Haven't tried it on the CBR yet.
