My Brother;
I tell you what I did. I went and got some adhesive-backed loop-and-pile (Velcro) which I stuck onto the remote (once I found it !) and the T.V. Now the remote lives, stuck to the side of the tube. Slater!

Are you sure you are looking for a remote control? You may be confusing it with something else that can be hidden.....LMAO!!!!j/k
