Did you know that 75% of all bike accidents involve the rider having at least one drink.
40% of MC fatalities the rider was DUI.
Half of all MC Fatalities in 2007 were over 40 year old riders
36% were speeding
nearly half were on bikes over 1000cc
So the odds were definitely against this fellow as he straightened the curve out and too the plundge. THis person not knowing if he had drunk or not about a 50/50 chance of wrecking just due to the demographics
While the NHTSA does not site specific bikes or styles, what kind of bike does a middle age man ride, who likes to drink, is over 1000cc, is a beginner rider..????
