you know I heard you can buy a used version from a game stop or eb games and it might work

if you went the crackdown route, you have to have to load the beta from the crackdown disc.

i actually am hoping they tweak the graphics when it officially launches...felt kinda like i was playing an expansion pack for halo 2...

The game is built for High Definition TVs. If you aren't playing it on an HDTV, then of course the graphics aren't going to look any different.
