well, I found a gsxr that I couldnt pass up. A 1996 gsxr 750 that is in primer (I paint so its not a bid deal) and all it needs is the carbs cleaned and the horrible exhaust taken off for $900. It has 12,500 miles on it and I know the previous owner and the bike is in good shaped. Droped only once in some gravel. Now the only problem is, there arent any sites I have found that help anything like this site. Infact I have found little to nothing to help me. I wish I could have found a cbr for that price, or one in my range, but since that didn't happen im stuck wtih the zuki. So if any of you guys know of any good sites with how to's or help on changing anything, or whats compatible and what not please let me know.

That's because they're for Gixxers. Gixxer people are, well..........a different "type" of person than that of Honda people, lol. j/k. Good find for only $900 bucks. (even if it is the "word" I'm not supposed to say. God said he would put me in Hell if he heard me say it again, LOL!, )

ok so now I feel dumb. I was on gixxer.com but I never joined and I was just looking around and I couldnt see some of the attachments so I joined up and bam a lot of forums that are not available unless you join. Not a bad site, but still nothing compared to you honda guys

 

+2 on gixxer.com i am still a member there although i havent gone there since i sold my bike. I had the same bike you just bought and i have done everything imagineable to it i think lol. I also should still have the service manual on my pc here somewhere if you cant find one to download, but i think they still have that avail on the site somewhere if you search for it. Otherwise if you have a ? shoot me a pm and ill see if i can help ya.

 

you can also try sportbikes.net and look in the "suzuki" section. they're pretty helpful there...
