Graphics or not ?

Graphics or not ?
It's time to paint the old Hurricane. I would like to hear your views on: do I load it with graphics after it's painted or would it look good without any? Your opinion counts to me so jump in and let me know what you think. Right now I lean toward no graphics. Not even a Honda sticker.
Thanks, BT

RE: Graphics or not ?
Rythem, repitition and motif... 3 of the biggest design criteria... WOW, I did "lernt" something, in HS. !!!!!
CBR "hurricanes", have some specific needs, unique to there "large"closed bodywork... My 94 1000f, Black, white and fluro red, I've had technacolor yawns (puke) that were less scatterd !!!!! Then, it came to me...Honda used WW2 camoflage tech, to break up the "boaty look, remember those pics of ships running patterns in several conflicting directions??? aperantly it was way harder to even tell which direction, ships were going!!!!! Notice hurricanes have freaquently, used this tech, to "break up the larger slab surfaces. I finally couldn't stand the fluro red stripes, next to the headlight . Off, they came. Cleaned it up... but imeadiatly made the top front(even tho black) look larger... still worth it. I like the sleeper look... pulled the "1000f- linked brakes", off, the sides... cleaner, but bulkier.
I'm w/ drmns, I love black... but even all black. makes a bulkier look... I didn't remove the CBR graphics, on the tail as it would have made it look larger yet... SO... I feel the larger bod, does well w/ atleast a stripe or two or thee tone paint to make 'em look svelt(LOL) The new guy from Isreal's pearl white hurc, looks fantastic... as it has that regal, full look... Impossing and attention demanding, GREAT !!!!!!!!! Darker colors look smaller, graphics and stripes, cut up slab sides and allow your eye to move Through the bike ,front to back, giving flow. Lighter colors, low on a bike make it look lower, and smaller,w/ dark, on top... HAVE FUN !!!!!!!!!!!! POST PICS!!!!

RE: Graphics or not ?
Check this one out. It's in the CBR1000F section of the CBR Forum. Gotta be one of the nicest I've ever seen.
