I washed up the bike, cleaned and lubed the chain and off I went did about 180 miles today rode off the Mtn down into SanBerdoo ate lunch at IN-N-OUT rode to Chapparell to buy me some gloves and they were closed !!! Damn what happend to Labor Day sales ? so I started home got to the Mtn Resort exit on the 330and said to my self....BULL$HIT ! I'm gona ride for awhile so I headed on down to the 10frwy and headed west, any way ended up going to LaHabra its where I lived when I was kid (we moved to Big Bear IN 1974), looked at my old house even checked out my old grade school. Man the place seemed bigger when I was 11!! even saw the old "Thriftys" (its now a Riteaid) 5 cents a scoop for ice cream 15 cents for triple !!! man those were the days !!!! [&:]any way still pissed off at the old lady [:@]but man I got a good ride outa the deal

If you spent the whole day away from the wife due to a fight, then expect many more. Look at it this way, when we want to decrease behaviors we punish, when we want to increase them we give positive reinforcement. By leaving her after the fight, it would have been positive reinforcementfor her(since she is mad at you), therefore increasing the chances for a fight tomorrow. By the end of the week you will be at the enviable point of having your typical day look like this:

1)wake up
2) fight
3) ride bike all day
4) make up sex
5) sleep

and then back to step one. This is your endgame, you lucky bastard.
