Sup guys.. got some extra cash from my insurance policy, but not enough for something huge. And since me and my girl broke up a couple weeks ago, instead of spending on dinner I'm thinking I'm going to get a PC game

No MMOs I'd recommend right now. A HUGE Final Fantasy fanboi at work trashed FF XIV. He preordered, prayed thru the beta that things would change, took off work 2 days at release to get a head start... And quit yesterday going back to Lord of the Rings. Reviewers have been trashing it too.

Maybe try out WoW Cataclysm in Dec or wait to see what the new Star Wars will be like.

Yeah I heard that people playing FF14 are either loving it or absolutely ****ing disgusted with it. I don't want to risk it lol.

Is WOW Cataclysm a stand alone game or a expansion? I don't want to play through the first 4 wows just to get to it, lol.

 

I mostly play FPS...mostly tf2, CSS, and I like Mafia II and MOH. also play L4D2 every once and a while...
