Default "Good Eats" Fans?

I'm a foodie. This guy Alton Brown really knows his ****. I'm really interested in how cooking works (Greek=Engineer=Dork), so hismaterial is easy for me to relate to.He comes across like a dick sometimes, but man, his food is good! I'm addicted to the buttermilk battered fried chicken he made (on foodtv.com). Any of you who like to cook need to try it. His "Feasting on Asphalt" miniseries is good too.

He has the best shows on food tv.
Most others are obnoxious, Emeril to top the list. [:'(]
Feasting on asphalt is a real good series.

His shows are the best ones on food network. Got my "Feasting On Asphalt" t-shirt a couple of weeks ago.

I was just watching it... and i love it... so informative. Often witty. Sometimes corny. But excellent at telling you the why and not just the how

+1.

Actually, right now, my DVR is filled with Good Eats, No Reservations, Bizarre Foods and Globe Trecker (a bit cornylike mosttravel shows, but more realistic IMO). That's all I watch anymore. I can't keep up with the backlog and I have to start erasing. It's running a bit slow lol!

Also, Bourdain's book (No Reservations) is really good.
