Going from FL to CA. How to get bike there?
so i got an internship at a design company in Burbank, CA this summer. i live in Florida and i'm going to need some sort of transportation while i'm there for the summer. i was wondering if anyone had any advise on what i should do. are there any ways of getting my bike from here to there? i was also thinking about buying a cheap car there, using it for a few months then reselling it. opinions?

no matter what bring tha bike. It will help with the ladies, it will help with the gas' and it will be there for you during those lonely nights. As far as getting it there i would attempt the ride. Bring plenty of cash and a sleeping bag and a cell phone. If you want to save money then just rent a car and tow it then release the car when you get there.

I wouldn't recommend riding it there. I rode my F4i from Detroit to Norfolk which is about a 12 hour trip and I didn't want to get back on my bike for a few days after that, not to mention the chafing that started to developed on my *** cheeks. I'm sure the rental car companies have pick-ups that you can rent and you could transport your bike that way, that's my best recommendation.

lol. thanks for the response guys. but riding 32 hours doesn't seem too appealing to me . i was thinking about driving my car there. maybe get a trailer and tow the bike there. apparently my mom friend drives a semi and goes from Miami to LA every couple of weeks. maybe i can stuff it in there and meet up with him in LA. that would be ideal.
