I was kind of hoping they wouldn't make it this far just so the organization would shake things up better for next year. They played lousy all year, somehow they are coming back though. They should have won all the games against the Mets though since they look terrible. Delgado is the only real power hitter they have. But they've come this far, so GO CARDS!

1-1 middle of the 3rd --- Anybody's game.
The Mets lineup scares the crap out of me!!!!
No matter what happens, the Cards have done 10 times better in the post season than I ever imagined they would.

Chavez's catch was a real momentum shifter for the Mets. I gotta admit I was really worried after that. Then nervously excited after Rolen's gutsy at bat and Molina's blast. Molina's blast??? Molina?!?!
But then to face Beltran, the Cardinal's personal Darth Vader with the bases loaded... well that was just cruel and unusual punishment. Not Beltran. Not the Cardinal killer!
But, oh how sweet it was to watch that curve ball bite and dip down through the strike zone! Oh how sweet indeed!!
