So I am responsible for some of the banners with babes in them, but as Rrasco said, they are "ghosted" in the background. The avatars are more blatent. They weren't a problem until someone said something. This isn't the first time, this has happened...do you guys remember the bouncing breast avatars that started showing up a few months back? We were getting pm's on those, too, and changes were made back then. Anyway, if it offends some of our members that is enough, Besides, there are sponsors that we have to think about as well. Anyway, here is the first rule of the forum, and thanks to those who have already changed their avatars.

Vulgar language, images and other offensive material including, but not limited to, race, nudity or pornography is not tolerated here. The CBR Forum staff shall be the sole judges of what does and what does not violate the boards standards.

 

this is not a moral debate, this is over visually objective things, seeing a cloud of smoke is far different than a picture of only an ***. that picture does not stand out likethe thong avatars.

I know what you are saying. I just think its a little hypocritical to complain about some girls in swimsuits when his own picture shows an illegal subsatnce being used(may not be him, or drugs). I really dont care though. And I am a little bummed out because I just got done with a photo shoot of my girl wearing nothing but a little bit of whipcream and two cherries. Ya know, it seemed to me like it was just a friendly request. Apparently there are some people out there without respect for others and their situations and (from reading some of the postings) are acting very immature about it.

To those who changed their avatars out of courtesy for those of us viewing from work, thank you.
To those who didn't, and/orare being civil in debating about it... that's your choice, and it's to be respected. It was merely a request.
To those making juvenile comments about the request and are in general showing no respect for anybody else's situation. Well, you've shown us who you are.

I dunno, If I'm at work cruisin the board like I'm not supposed to, and my boss sees it, well, duh, my fault. If I get offended by beautiful girls scantly clad, well, my blood no longer runs red, and I need to get my ***** out of my wifes purse. Well, whatever, this is no different then all the other whiney-pee-pants crap that we see every day about folks getting all butt-hurt, and having others change to whatTHEY see as fit. Gimmie a break.
