Default Getting Stationed in El Paso

Are you kidding me? My wife grew up in Texas, i lived there for a bit and plan on moving back when im done with the Air Force, and out of all the places in the world to go i get EL FRIGGIN PASO!!!!!

Everyone i know got Colorado, Georgia, Florida, North Dakota(not upset about that one). Its not even convenient. Here in Louisiana im only 5 hours away from home but now i will be a good 8hrs away. GAAAAAAAA

PLUS ITS AN ARMY BASE.

Rant over

Im grew up in Cali, but i claim Austin. Im actually starting to like it the more i look into the area. I have about 4 months of TDY i need to do and 2 months of it will be training with the army. Then once i get there i will continue field training with them and deploy with that unit. So im actually Air Army. lol

Im super stoked about it. I hate sitting in this chair all day and i love being outside actually working. I cant wait to go down range.
