Getting cold, everyone still riding?
29* out and im still riding (in southern Maine). Went up to like 50 today, thought I was gonna have to take my fleece off under my leathers. Im gonna ride until they sand the roads, which usually means 10-15* at night and 25-40* during the day. My first season ever riding, I want to make it a long and safe one. Any Canada guys? North Dakota? Its getting a bit cold here.

RE: Getting cold, everyone still riding?
havent had the chance, took the back tire off so i wouldnt risk riding with the wear already showing (thread strips)
dont have leathers either so it'd be triple layer hoodies, and that's just illogical
Btw, has anyone solved the whole wind in the helmet while cold issue? My lips get chapped as hell, and not to mention how cold it just feels

goddamn 29 is freezing for us, floridians lmao. we actually had a really nice cold front this week. It was as low as 53 at night, and 60 during the day. Commuting to school felt awesome, i did not sweat for once! lol and idk but i felt more power onthe bike.

I have no choice to ride cause my car is still in pieces and I had to junk my daily driver. It got down to 27* monday morning when I went to work. Right now I'm wearing my:
Smoking Joe jacket
a fleece sweat shirt under my jacket
my jeans
my snowboarding pants over that (they work awesome, I kid you not)
boots
gloves
and my helmet
I stay pretty warm except my hands and my neck and chin. My gloves are summer gloves, so thier thin, I need to buy winter riding gloves, and I need a neck protector. I know at dicks sporting goods they sell this neck/chin wrap thing that keeps your neck and chin warm, that would be perfect. I figure with that I should be good to 20* maybe 15*. I need to really buy another daily driver though
