Tearing my bike down. I don't know how many of you guys actually tear into your bike but I really enjoy it and I don't trust stealerships. Back when I was in Oregon, I use to completely tear down my bike to get it ready for SPRING. I've been linving out on the East Coast for a couple years now and I haven't been able to service/prep my bike for way TOO long. She's been begging for a little TLC that I just haven't been able to give due to not being able to get the bike off the ground. I've got a laundry list of things that need to be serviced (front and rear tires, replace front rim, replace rear bearings, throttle cables, choke cable, chain and sprockets, clutch, and service forks). This is all about to change now! I just got a cherry picker (engine hoist) and got her off the ground now. I just put the hoist together and as soon as the weather warms up a little (40+), I'm going tostart turning wrenches on the bike. I'm really starting to look forward to this spring I must say!

I've been living on a student budget for the last four years which really didn't include my bike. Plus my bike is a little older and needs TLC a little more often then those RR's rolling.
