Gordon Torress was detained this week again for once again failing to obey motorcycle safetylaws. You may remember"Gordon Torress" as the young individual who wasinvestigated last week for wreckless driving while wearing a white power rangersoutfit while carrying a computer.On Friday 9 March 2007, police were on routine patrol downcommercial areas, when they heard what one officer described as, "a lawnmower that sounded like it was trying to cut down a tree-stump."

Officers quickly began canvasing the surrounding areas only to find Gordon Torress again, this time riding a Vespa scooter with a passanger as they were pulling into a motorcycle dealership. Officers quickly noted thatGordonwas not wearing a regulation helmet, a traffic violation in the state of California.



When officers approached the two individuals, the dealership was pulling out a motorcycle that Torress had apparently just purchased.



Torress was cited for riding without a helmet and indecent exposure for the new motorcycle he just purchased. Another court date has been set for appeal.
