well, I just talked to one of her friends a little, and shes not home. Im trying to get a feeler for what my ex is thinking, so hopefully things go well.

*edit: and its pretty much official. I talked to her friend, my ex said shes been thinking about it for a while and she decided its not working. And she (the friend) admitted she doesnt think were going to get back together. So, its pretty much official. I f**king hate my life. Nothing left to do but pick up the pieces and move on I guess.

*edit: and I think monday Im going to give her a call and see if she wants to at least try to start over as "friends" and see where it goes... if its not working after a few weeks or a month, we go our seperate ways... if we might get back together, we go from there.

 

I've been there and I've seen it happen to others way too many times. An it always ends up the same........ When a chick acts that way with you, she already has been with another guy or she has one picked out that she wants to be with. She may be torn between you.......but somebody else is on her mind. Very few times in life will someone breakup a seemingly good relationship without a third person involved. Cry, plead, beg, reason.....it will drive her away quicker. It makes you seem like less of a man and the other guy can do no wrong. Break it off quick and decisively and either you both will be better off or she will rethink things and change her mind......at least you maintain your manhood!

 

like I said, I honestly believe her and her friends that nobody else is involved. The thing is, shes done this same exact thing before to her last long-term boyfriend. She just decided she didnt love him one day and left; nobody else involved, she just changed her mind.

Reaper, i havent said anything in this b/c i didnt want to say what i thought. but since Rod38um already said it.......i am in agreeance w/ him. it seems like there's someone else. i've been there man. none of my ex's friends said a WORD to me about it either. my ex started dating me probably while breaking up w/ her ex (i didnt know till later)....and she did the same damn thing to me after 3 years. remember this.....

couldn't have said it better. Long distance relationships + college = 95% chance of FAIL. Only seen it work once.

 

honestly, (I know you guys think im naive for this) I dont believe theres someone else. One of the friends Ive been talking to has been friends with her for 2 years and me for 5... so i doubt shed lie to me about it. Honestly, I know my ex... I know what shes like, and I honestly think she just flat-out doesnt know what she wants. This is quite literally what happened with her last long-term relationship; nobody else was involved then, Id tend to doubt theres one now.

Not to mention, her not exactly being... for lack of a better word, a ****, I doubt she cheated on me or anything involving another guy for that matter.
