I"ve decided that I"m going to start taking orders for people who want the LED headlamp modification as well as the 05/06 600RR Fender Modification and power coating of smallish parts. Foxy does it. Ship in your headlamps, I"ll crack open the headlamps, mount the LED strips and seal up the headlamps.

Doesn't matter. You can always add HID's later on. You can set the LED's to run on either a switch or like I have them, which is off the middle fairing light......so they're always on when the bike is on, but I added a kill-switch so I could turn off my low beam when I wanted. (those instructions are included with the headlamp mod as well)

I could probably do them for the F4i's as well, I have not done them to this bike, but I don't see it being a huge problem. What year is your F4i?

pssst....all f4i headlights are the same

i've split the casing on my f4i headlight, easy as pie, strip it down and pop it in the oven for about 15 minutes and it'll come apart really easy.

pm sent regarding powdercoating

I thought older f4i's (pre '04) had a different headlight than the 05's and 06's?
