Well, I finally broke down and got myself some projector headlamps from an RX350 Lexus to retrofit into the 07 600RR headlamp assembly. I have the D2S HID kit on the way as well as well as another "surprise" in store for the headlamp modification taking place this Saturday. (if all the parts get here by then) Think Audi-R8-ish in design (at least that's what I'm going for anyway).

Yeah, and Havoc just PM'ed me something that I just realized. I'm doing this RIGHT after arguing my point that HID kits without projectors are perfectly fine. WHICH THEY STILL ARE, but I've always wanted to do this modification ever since I've had Foxy 1.........and now it's time. Not to mention I'll now be able to put the large ballast HID kit inside the headlamp assembly instead of putting up with the slim-ballast kits (which I'm not to happy with.......they don't seem to put out as much light as the larger ballast kits).

I also just got notification that my R8-ish inspired design might have to wait an extra week due to back ordering issues.........but the projectors WILL be retrofitted into the headlamp assembly this weekend. YEAH!
