Yippee!!! An LDS party at Okie's house! I'll bring my Joseph Smith edition of trivial pursuit, and we can all ride our ten speeds to the party. [sm=yeahsmile.gif]

I have no DSL or cable option at my house. (Rural location!) I use a Sprint air card with a router that accepts the card. I run a desktop and two laptops off that set up and it works excellent! Best part is that I can take the air card with me for access pretty much anywhere!

Hayden,

Do you get cell phone coverage? If so I think you will probably get a better deal with a wireless card from your carrier. I would look into this before making the step to DSL. I am sure that DSL will be far better than what you may currently have.

I personally have comcast cable at home and a sprint wireless card in may laptop. I can take my laptop anywhere and get coverage. Just my .02

Good luck and glad to see you finally taking the step.

no cable is not an option....there is no other option whatsoever....none....zero. in my area there is ONE available phone service, no cable, no nothing......i have checked verizon, quest, time warner, at&t etc etc.
Atleast you live in a part of Maine you can get high speed. We dont have it, we dont even have cable TV. All satelite...
