i just went to www.extremesupply.com and got an hjc ac-11 livewire. I know its not girly or anything, but i have an ac-11 and like it a lot, plus she needed a medium and it only cost me $109.99 for it. i mean, i'd rather have a better helmet then one that just looks cool. I didn't want to get anything less than what i have so i got her the same helmet as me, that way you know if god forbid anything happens you did your best. Also i got my g/f a jacket from www.tonker.com Go to their closeouts and i got her a firstgeat mach 2 jacket, also $99 but everywhere else was retailing online for $249, the catch is its only in medium....

I've heard that the Scorpions are nice and the particular model below is pretty reasonably priced at $139.00 GOOD LUCK!

I know someone at Honda and maybe able to get you a discount. I have the Scorpion EX-700 Fury. I like it, but I think I was more comfortable in the HJC, although a lower grade brand. I don't suggest going with something cheap, god forbid something happens....get something reasonable. The online motorcycle store gives discounts here and there if you sign up on their page, you may find something there. Good luck..

I have only read and heard good things about Scorpion helmets. They have nice features of higher priced lids but without the costs. My $0.02.

I got a nice Pink one from my local shop for about $100.00 I always forget what kind it is but it fits here great and looks great also. I would suggest going to a local place. A helmet isn't something that can be ordered online in my opinion.

Shark Butterfly

Suamoy Flowers - black

There's also a ton of helmets from KBC and other manufacturers that are simply black and white graphics with pale pink or blue accents (to coordinate with the ever-popular Icon Kitty gear)...

Don't skimp -- her head is worth investing money to protect.

ABSOLUTELY... one helmet won't fit two people exactly the same way. Especially when you get into higher end like Shoei and Arai, they can vary from model to model (different shapes). Have her try on as many as possible, make sure she's getting the right fit. Even if she tries the same MODEL but in a different color, you can always order the exact graphic/color she wants if no one in your area carries them.
