We got a scary movie thread, but there's a lot of gamers on here so what scary games have you played. (no i have not played silent hill series, I know)

F.E.A.R (its not a constant scary though)
Doom3 (more of a grind scare)
STALKER (Those dam invisible mutants)

Thats all I can think of that I've played off the top of my head. I know there's more so lets hear it.

 

N64 i thought "nightmare creatures" kicked ***. i still have my 64 and dont plan to get rid of it, a classic in my eyes. wouldnt mind scooping that game up.

 

This is gonna sound stupid prolly, but when i got my first pc way back in the day, then doom came out. That game was hella creepy back then.

That game made me jump quite a few times.



Everytime that little girl appears it would freak me out.

 

recently its beendead space and in fallout 3 anytime the vicious dogs or mole rats would jump out from no where !

 

When you're going down that one ladder and when you turn around after mounting the ladder and she's right there. BAM!!!!!

Also when you're climbing up another ladder and her arm comes out at you.

A couple of the silent hill games were pretty spooky. Whenever i play games its usually late at night with all the lights out.. I really tend to put myself into the games so even if its not a really scary game (eg. metal gear solid 4 I just recently played)they still tend to get my heart pumping. I dont know if anyone has played Bio-Shock yet, but i downloaded and played the demo, with all the stuff that jumps out at you, it was scary ****.
