The IP address comes back to:

Lat: 46.0
Long:2.0
Did some research and it comes back to a wooded area outside a town/city called Petillat, in France. All I could think of was.. "My CBRF account... why??? The NDFC is easy to join, just be a
!" Then, I automatically thought of the
"USA Prime Credit... This is Peggy" commercials and died laughing.
Did a Google Earth search, there was literally a guy in the middle of the woods, in full motorcycle gear and a computer. Guess he's an ATGATT type of fellow.
At least the SeaBarf is protecting our phony bologne accounts.
"Blazing Saddles" reference.

I got one of those last year too. The ip came back to just outside of scottsdale az or something and i thought it mightve been with an az member i had just gotten into a disagreement with from that area so i got their ip as well but obviously they were way off and i knew it was useless to try to prove anything. With dhcph ip pools and proxy's its pretty much impossible to tell who's doing what after the fact unless you can see the end to end communications. Cuz god forbid they succeed and actually post something on this site as me that i wouldnt want them to.

Had it myself last year, tracked the IP to somewhere the US (don't remember where now) but at the time I just assumed it was Nate messing with me.
But, it did raise the question in my mind - why?
If someone so desperately wants to be a member of the forum, why don't they just join?

Welcome to the REAL club, Trey!
It's a signal of your admittance into the Notable CBRF Personalities Club. When you start getting multiple ones per day, they're letting you know the key to the executive washroom is ready
