Excuse me mamm, your boy friend is a douche.
1. I setup my bike as a solo. I don't want the responsibility of someone elses safety when I can't even guarantee my own.
2. The women who ask me for rides are usually slutty *** ****** who think it vibrates as much as a Harley.
3. Obviously I'm a bachelor.

When I ride girls, I ALWAYS make sure they are properly dressed and have a helmet on. I've had girls that refused to wear the helmet. I refused to let them on the bike. I have a spare helmet, but if I'm riding solo and get in a situation that somebody wants a ride, I give up my helmet.
As you said Fox, you can't even guarentee your own safety, but you can reduce risks, which is the point of safety gear in the first place. I ride MUCH safer with a passenger and don't take the kinds of risks I might take on my own. And if something still goes wrong, at least my passenger has a helmet on even if I may not. This isn't the best situation for me, which is why the girl has to be at least a 9 or 10 to make me give up my own helmet. Even then, it's just a short ride. I'm not a big fan of riding without my helmet though, and this very rarely happens.

What is up with dudes riding around with a girl on the back and the guy is the one wearing the helmet.
there is NO valid excuse for that.
I saw it twice today and both times the girls were wearing sun glasses, so eye protection was available to the rider.

Screw her! I like my head it's the only one I get, she gets noootttthinnggg!!!
lol jk
Im not justifying this guy, but... Probably she is a biatch, that does not like to have her hair press down with the helmet and when this guy offered his, she just flipped out...
I think this happened...

Well last night I got caught in the rain and my bike was the only mode of transportation for me and the girlfriend. So, I sat and thought. It's raining, even if I had glasses, I wouldn't have been able to see. So I figured that me being blind put my girl in more danger than her riding helmetless. She has a helmet and leather, so it's not something that happens very often.
Lesser of two dangers
So, Gville George, I hope that is a valid excuse in your book.
