Glad you got your place! Having a house is great. I need to get a better one for myself, but I'm in school right now so I can't afford it. Best of luck to you in Austin. Good choice on getting a brick house. Those hurricanes can be a nuisance... and that two car garage will be nice.

Thankfully they haven't had a hurricane make it this far in forever but brick is a great choice as long as there aren't any earthquakes like I left behind in Cali.

You're pretty safe in central Texas from natural disasters. We are at the very very bottom of tornado alley, and its a long shot. Flooding is the only thing that you really need to worry about. Now that your in ATX, we should plan a ride. Which side of town are you staying on?
