BUT I would not give one drop of blood for a politician.
from this alone i can tell you're a military man. i completely agree with pretty much everything you said in your post. even when i was in junior high during the Clinton debacle, i could see the Fall of Rome happening all over again. history DOES repeat itself, doesn't it? a couple hundred years from now, historians will be studying the fall of the Great American Empire and wondering how we didn't see it coming. i brought this up in a college class once not too long ago, and of course being from Texas, i was bombarded by people claiming i'm "un-American" for questioning our leaders. well forgive me for referring to documented history, but isn't America what it is today because we questioned authority? we told the British we weren't going to their crap, and we stood up for our freedom. and anyone who believes that the war in Iraq is necessary should read See No Evil by Robert Baer. Washington was too concerned with being diplomatic to back what was probably Iraq's only realistic chance at a coup to overthrow Saddam, and now we're paying for their mistake with our soldiers' lives.
sounds like we might be on the same page about a few things. I justPM with something

I didnt read the post, but I say BullSh!t to the title.
Maybe you should read the title again, it's a question...not a statement.
Well the implied answer would be NO.

I 125% agree with Hardcorp.

Everytime someone expresses themselves against the norm, if they are non whites they are call communist and if they are white they are call anti america. Americans have forgotten what it is meant to be American, and that is to stand up, to do something about, and to voice your opinion about and against the in-justice, the norms, the wrongs.

I too have used the analogy of the Roman Empire about America, about any great empire/civilization. All things must come to an end unless change happens no matter how drastic.

Hell I think that change must happen, I believe that in order for the colonization of space and the spread of mankind that thecivilizationof mankind must fall under one world order. Yes, it's going a bit far but hey...fits in line with StarTrek's united earth.
