I dont know about all that, but they won, and it was a great game right down to the end. Not much more you could ask for.

Eli needs to throw up some thanks to his deffence though, I personally didnt think he was all that great. I mean one hell of a game, but he wasnt spectacular or anything to me.

But props nonetheless for winning the super bowl!

It was a ghey a$$ game if you ask me. 7-3 in the 4th quarter? Blah. The last 2 min was the most interesting part of the entire thing

eli has been under the microscope ever since the day he was drafted (with the whole demanding a trade debacle) ina city notorious for coming down HARD on players that dont perform up to expectations...eli (to me anyways) has transformed from an indecisive, unsure of himself, whole city down on him player, to MVP of the superbowl...his team down in the fourth, he knows he needs a score, and he takes them down the field and gets it to take the lead...pats retake lead with less than 3 minutes to play, anybody else would say, "its destiny"...how easy it wouldve been for eli to just roll over and die...it was almost expected...but he proved how much he's grown, the leadership that he has over his team, and the fight that kept a drive going on 3rd and 5, a play which he shouldve gotten sacked 5 times over, but somehow gets away and completes a 35 yard pass to keep the drive going...its not my yankees winning the world series, but ill take it! [8D]

eli manning was 19/34 255 yards 2 TD, and 1 INT (wasnt his fault)...pretty good numbers in my book, AND against the patriots...hes been phenomenal this post season

Both teams can suck my left you-know-what, but I'm glad to see the one team I absolutely cannot stand (along with the Colts, Raiders, Cowboys and Bronco's) lost. I can care less about the Giants winning, but it was all about the Patriots loosing. I even stood up and shouted "WOOOO! THEY LOST!!!!! WOOOO!" at the end of the game.
