also, too many scammers on ebay. people selling empty boxes but put a pictures of what was in the box in the auction and people selling links to web site so i can buy stuff cheap.

Depending on what it is I need I'll flip around e-bay but usually end up searching the net and then contacting Limpy to see what he can get it for. Poor Limpy, I abuse him ...

ok, an update: ive been searching the net for an ebay alternative and i havent come up with much. The only thing remotely similar is yahoo auctions. its kinda cool actually in that it is free!

Yes thier fees are crazy. Then if you use Paypal you get hit even more. As it has been said though there are so many people there that you will most likely sell things for more over there apposed to somewhere else and there is so much more stuff from sellers there that you can't find as much at other sites.

I was watching a 1/1 replica of Ayrton Sennas 1993 helmet and it went for $879 I just about fell over as it was a brand new replica. Perfect yes worth $879 NO!!!
