My 95 Talon is back and runnin better than ever...NEW ECM did the trick.....kinda still pissed about how bad the DSM is....

 

its a chrysler and mitsubishi hybrid, what good could POSSIBLY come of that hybridization? my cousin has a 97 Talon, same problem. speed sensor went out on the tranny, blows the crank and cam position sensors, and the ECU is toast.

 

dont forget about crank walk [:@] i hate dsm's buut glad you got your car back up and running

+1, I owned a 91 elcipse.....never will own a mitsubishi again...had nothing but problems...glad I sold it before the motor finally quit, which was the next day.....

 

yeah haha theres a grinding sound under the hood.......its always been there but in the cold its magnified by like 10 lol im gonna try to get rid of it.

 

My buddy had a '91 Talon turbo. It commited suicide[sm=bangbang.gif] when it spit the drain plug out. Guess it just got tired of being a pain in the azz. Or the shop that changed the oil in it last was doing my friend a favor.LOL!!!

 

Kinda funny how the two are making cars together when only 65+/- years ago their two planes (the chrysler built Hellcat and Mitsubishi builtZero) were shooting at each other in the skys during world war II.
