I drink & ride all the time.

I ride Septa (the Philly public bus system)
I ride in the back of my friends' cars
I ride in the back of my gf's car

Mostly Septa tho. That way my gf & friends can join me in the Land of Drunken Behavior

most ppl have enuf trouble driving drunk on four wheels dont really think its the smartest thing to double the risk by going 50% off on four wheels.. never ride drunk! or even think of doing so! I normally leave the bike home if i know Im going to a place thats got alcohol as i know I cannot resist a scotch on the roxx if some one offers..

I drink a lot. I ride a lot. But never at the same time. And being hung over and riding is drunk riding. I have used a breathalyzer when I was "hungover" the next morning and blew a .10 (.08 is the legal limit here).

I've ridden my bike to crazy parties. When I say parties, I mean, if the party got any bigger, we'd be in the neighbors' kitchens. I had two beers when I walked in, and then two hours later, left, and rode home totally fine.

My trick to know when I'm OK to ride/drive home is when I normally question if I am. I either know or I don't.

However, riding tired is just as scary. I had been up for about 30 hours, but in all honesty, felt ok. Had a 30 minute nap at hour 20. But I was an hour and a half away form home on my bike, and had to drive home at 1AM. I will NEVER do that again. Not only do you space, but I would space out to the point where I wouldn't remember MINUTES. I'm amazed I got it home.
